Established in January 2012, the company is located at No. 12, Zhuangbei Road, Xibaipo Economic Development Zone, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, occupying an area of 120 acres with more than 150 employees, 40% of whom are professionals. The company's predecessor was Hebei Cable Factory, founded in 1969, with over 50 years of experience in manufacturing communication cables.

The company's main business is targeted at the communication markets of China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Broadcasting Network, national defense, railways, etc., offering a range of communication cable products including communication optical cables, butterfly optical cables, preformed termination assemblies for butterfly optical cables, and digital communication cables. The company has successively introduced advanced optical cable equipment and testing instruments from Austria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, and other countries, with annual production capacity of 3 million core kilometers of various outdoor optical cables (including single-fiber and ribbon fiber with different core counts for pipeline, overhead, and direct burial applications) and 300,000 kilometers of butterfly optical cables. It also has an annual production capacity of 1 million preformed optical cable terminations (including fiber optic connectors). With data cable equipment imported from France, the company has an annual production capacity of 100,000 boxes of digital communication cables.
